maintenance fund- Confusion plz help

I am having same account for SALARY and MAINTENANCE fund requirement....

In that account i deposited Rs.4.5Lac on 19th May 2008 which is proceed of SALES OF PRIZE BONDS...

I will be showing 3 months requirement from 15st June to 15 September 2008(may be todate) ..In this case DO I REQUIRE TO SUBMIT Affidavite? or some thing else...while Encash Prize Bond one get no proof. ..

Although 3 months do not show any large activity only salary been credited to my account..plz help me HOW TO SUPPORT IT?

Hello,

Since youa account for past earnings and MF is same then it would be good to show some documentation (not necessary affidavit) for the big transaction in the account to be on safe side. One thing is for sure that you need to put this point in your application letter. I would suggest show some original document or sale or transaction slip for sale of your bonds in case you have original purchace receipt with u then attach that as well.

Please explain your point properly in ur application cover letter..
