Hi,
I am sorry if I am repeating the same questions as asked by others. My husband arrived to UK on Spouse Visa March 22nd 2018. His BRP is expiring on the 22nd November 2020. When can I apply for extension? Can I apply now or on the 25th October which is 28 days before the expiry? Would I have to go in person or do the documents need to be sent via post?
Can you please check whether the following documents are enough for the application?
Marriage certificate
Cover letter from both my hasuband and me
Financial evidence
6 months payslip
6 months bank statement
Employer's letter
Proof of living together
Letter from Landlord since my husband's name is not on the tenancy agreement for the first 7 months (from March 2018-October 2018)
Tenancy agreement (x2)
Joint bank account statements (July 2018-present)
Joint electricity and gas bill (May 2018-present)
Bank account on husband's name (August 2019-August 2020)
Pictures of both of us together
Husband's theory test pass certificate
Water bill on my name
English Language requirement
UK Naric certificate with B1 Level
Do I need to get a house inspection report if we live in a 3 bedroom house with my parents? Am I missing any other document?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do I have to provide prove of cohabitation for every month in the last 2.5 years? Or do I provide one joint address proof or 2 proofs if bill is under my or husband's name for every 3 months since May 2018? Thanks

You need to provide 6 piece of documents (if joint named) or 12 if are in sole names from at least 3 different sources covering the last 2 years with even gaps of 3-4 months. For this purpose, any letter/correspondence apart of utility bill, bearing the name, address and date from any credible source will be accepted.
