Expired T 1 Visa

My T 1 Entp Visa 200k route expired on 2016. I left UK and didnt established any business as my circumstances didnt allowed me to settle in UK.

Now i want to settle in UK , What options i have ?

Innovator visa - endorsement required.

Start up visa - endorsement required.

Global talent visa - endorsement required.

Tier 2 general visa -sponsoring employer required.
