Hi,
I applied for an Irish Citizenship based on Irish Spouse. I submitted my application by myself not through solicitor so I think I did a mistake I thought if you stay over 6 weeks you have to deduct extra days only not in full but after submission I read so many posts that no we have to deduct full period.
I did travel once in last 3 years which was on June 2019 to my native country for 6 weeks but 3 days before to travel back I got a gout attack so I went to hospital and get my treatments there. I was not able to walk so I extended my trip for 3 more weeks (I attached my Old 6 weeks ticket itinerary with new 3 weeks extended ticket itinerary + International Hospital Treatment Reports with application).
I got my first stamp 4 on 03/09/2017 and I applied my application on 28/09/2020.
I want to ask will they return my application before reference number letter or after? and is there any chance that they will accept my over 6 weeks stay (63 days) because of medial emergency?.
Thanks
