Tier2 still on furlough

Hi,
Am confused ! I recently apply for my teir 2 visa extension with my dependant And am still on furlough , though my sponsor add 20% monthly to my furlough pay , so I collect full salary.
My Question is, should I be worried about my application decision since am still on furlough? Though I got email from home office that my application will not be decided within 8weeks due to covid but I have right to continue working as the delay wont affect my status in the uk.
