IHS for Dependants after ILR for NHS Doctor

Good day and thanks for all he help on this website

I moved to the UK in 2015 and worked for the NHS as a doctor on a Tier 2 Visa.

I got my ILR in Dec 2019

My wife has to renew her PBS Dependant visa in Dec 2020

Does She have to pay the Healthcare surcharge or is she exempt as I am a Doctor?
