Hi,
One of the documents required for the sole traders in FLR(M) application is:
"evidence of the amount of tax payable, paid and unpaid for the last full
financial year "
What is it exactly? Is it same as the Tax Overview which we can print from our HMRC account?
Thanks

Could you please explain what do you mean by self assessment? As we have a self assessment tax return and also a self assessment statement which is different (it is a tax statement generated every year). SA302 is clear and I already have it
Thank you in advance.

I have been working as a sole trader for years and know everything about it. it is the first time that I am using the documents for a UKVI application and I am not sure what is the above document. One member said Self Assessment, SA302. I am not sure what did she mean by self-assessment.

Have you tried to read the guidance given in previous link which is a detail information about self employment. Aside this, since this route entails an extensive range of documents and usually no foregoing experience necessarily work for other too. Also read the following official guidance:

If above links still couldn't cater your query then better to speak to an accountant.

thank you for your comments but based on your other posts it seems you do not know very well about the UK immigration. Why you think I have not talked to my accountant? My question was very clear and explicit but you just referred me to some links under the impression that I do not know how a sole trader system works!!! Please refrain from posting to just increase your post counter!!!
This piece of document is very vague and it is very common that Home Office asks for something that no one knows what it is!
I know about the sole trader thing, I know about the requirements but I want to know what is this documents exactly? I am not looking for some referral to a link or 100 pages documents as I read all of them!
The other user helped and said it is "Self Assessment, SA302". Ok! What do you mean by Self Assessment? As we have couple of items labeling Self Assessment. One of them is a tax statement generated each year and takes ages to request from HMRC.
So, please someone who was a sole trader let me know what exactly this documents is? is it SA302? Is it tax overview? is it a self-assessment tax return? Self-assessment statement?

Many thanks for your valuable comment. If you read my signature at bottom then may know that I know nothing about the UK immigration rather only purvey an none-professional opinion in my free time. Have a great day. That post will also give rise to my post counting which leads you to nowhere but still in your own home

I do not want to waste time on arguing with you. As said, I checked your replies to the other posts and it seems you just speculate and confuse the users with irrelevant information.
I asked a very specific questions and even my ICAEW accountant was not sure what is this item!! So, I asked a very specific question. One of the users helped but you just posted irrelevant links and lectured me on how to work as a sole trader!! Your replies did not have any value added.
I do not care about your signature or number of posts or anything else. Simply please refrain from posting when you do not know the answer. People do not require your lectures.
Good luck and thank you for your time anyway!
