There is no unambiguous guidance available bearing out the reusability of old Naric letter in future too likewise a paragraph 32d for expired English test. Therefore, instead taking risk better to sit for test or ask Naric to reissue the same under their red route.BritNatural wrote: ↑Sun Oct 11, 2020 5:56 pmDear Members,
Please could you help.
My wife has come to an end of her first spousal visa. We will be applying next month for first extension through FLR(M) application.
My question is
1. During her first visa application (February 2018), we submitted a NARIC letter confirming her knowledge of English language.
Can we use the same letter for extension or apply for new one. (I presume we cannot use 2.5 year old letter to home office, but nothing changed since Feb 2018- so reapplying for the same letter would be waste of money)
Kind Regards,
You can download it from the below link where the applicant sign on the part1, whereas sponsor at part 2, and part 3 is usually replied as "n/a" because third party support is not allowed.BritNatural wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 8:16 pmHi All ,
Please could you help with this question for my Wife's visa extention. Application checklist asks for this document and we are not sure what it is. Please could you help with the below checks.
Any relevant declarations or third party consents to request verification checks.
Pretty self-explanatory question which should be replied truthfully with fewer and easier words which wont affect the outcome of the application.BritNatural wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 9:19 pmHi Seagull,
Thank you so much for the fast response. Just one last question please. Hope you wont mind. What should our answer be to the below application question.
Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country
PS; I am currently a British Citizen. So, obviously it would be difficult for my wife to integrate in India while I am in the UK. So shall we tick YES. Is this question regarding people with some issues back home and hence cannot settle in their home country.
I am struggling with this last question. Please could you help.
