I am about apply for my wife spouse visa
I have a simple question, I am on fourlough . My salary is 21k per year as I am on fourlough my company is paying me 100% salary

Also in my payslip saying a word fourlough worker.

Do I need to tell disclose it on cover letter on any letter from employer, or just leave it normal.

To depict your actual circumstances, disclose it and state on full salary.

Important to include employment letter confirming annual salary 21k and then you will be fine.

Okaly and all other thanks for your time to reply.

I have got my employment letter
But do I need to show in employment letter that I am on fourlough and employer topping up to 100%

Or just a standard employment letter?

See what gov say

Changes to the minimum income and adequate maintenance requirement

If you’ve experienced a loss of income due to coronavirus up to 31 August, we will consider employment income for the period immediately before the loss of income due to coronavirus, provided the requirement was met for at least 6 months up to March 2020.

If your salary has reduced because you’re furloughed, we will take account of your income as though you’re earning 100% of your salary

Spouse visa application sms

Post by Samuk2020 » Thu Oct 08, 2020 1:52 pm

Hi friends
My wife has submitted her passport and done bio at ukvi centre,

She received a sms after couple of hours says
'Your visa application reference no ......... has been dispatched to the UK for possessing.

Applied from Bangladesh, is that mean they process from the UK now?

Many thanks for your reply
