The way you have drafted your query is fiercely nebulous but by looking on few key bits of your post, what I have discerned is that you are on none-salaried income with no base salary, and you & your employer are wanting to know as what should be put in employer letter. If so, then they can give the total of your last 12 months wages which is in your case is £19000 or provide annualised average income (9800/6*12)= £19600. In addition to this, other key information such as job title, job commencement date, rate per hour, overtime, bonuses, type of contract should also be stated on that letter.marh wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 12:03 amHi
Plaese, Can me anyone help with LETTER FROM EMPLOYER and meanings from Appendix FM-SE?
I found nothing how to count or what period for GROSS ANNUAL SALARY in Appendix guide.
my info:
application for Fiance VISA
Non-salaried / permanent / 32.5 hours per week(without break) / weekly salary / more than 4 years
bonus every 3rd month
bonuses are not contractured
overtimes possible if required
salary:
the last 12 months about £19,000 (with bonuses+overtimes)
the last 6 months about £9,800 (with bonuses+overtimes)
gross current salary is £450/week (if I do not count bonus or overtimes)
old salary £10.2/hour is until Sept 2019
new raise £11/hour is from 13th Sept 2019
new raise about £12/hour will be again in 1 or 2 weeks
I can apply cat A
Actual requirement is £18600 instead £18400 but if your last 6 months (not just 6 payslips) of wages showing £9300 then should be good to go.
If you have no base salary then the total of whole can be given
yes
