Passport came with stamped visa and no BRP LETTER with that

Hello All,

My Dependents attended Bio Metrics on 8th Oct in Banglaore and today Passport came with visa stamped .
but no BRP letter in that. they are coming here on ICT TIER 2 DEPENDENTS VISA .

Please advise whom we need connect .

What is the your visa end date and what is the end date given in the vignette?
