Dependant Application for a child born outside UK

Hello All,

I need to apply a visa for our 2 months old son who is born in India. Me and my wife both are holding ILR at the time of he he born. I had an ILR on 5 year Tier 2 - General route on 02/12/2019. Both me and my wife had an ILR on the same day. Could you please some one clarify below points;

1. Exactly what visa should I apply for my son to bring to UK, Please let me know the application form name or URL and What will be the Application fee to bring him from India.
2. When he will be eligible for UK citizenship ? Is there any mandatory stay period after he arrives to UK.

Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks!
