Yes I did because I had a driving offence I was not given ILR I was given an extension of the limited leave to remain until my 12 conditional discharge was spent. That that it has I applied on the 18th and doing biometrics on the 13th of November.

Thank you for your reply Blessedd. I thought you might be looking for form AN and mistakenly applying for SET(P) that's why just wanted to check.

Hi 👋
Just I got ILR (p)
I would like change my name on BRP so is there any evidence required plus Deed pol .
As I Don’t have passport as I am Refugee , do I need to update my name first on DVLA or banks and take this proofs with deed pol sent to UKI or just deed pol enough

Hi Saeed5,

As you mentioned, you will have to change your name, deed poll certificate and another photographic proof plus an address so the driver's license and a bank statement will be needed.

Let us know how it went, also if you don't mind could you please let us know which month your ILR is valid from? Is it from the date when they issued e.g. early this month or valid from when your refugee leave to remain expired?

Kind regards,

Got an email from Home Office Atlas that my ILR Set P was successful on 7/10/2020.

However, have not yet received my BRP card!

Tried to contact them after 10 working days but no response and nothing in the post either!

Rang them and they said they will get back to me within 2 working days but they haven’t!

Anyone experienced this ?

Hi There ,

It's about my wife's application for ILR .
Home office email recieved : 21-10-2020 , says application approved BRP on its way through a courier .
A week earlier we moved to new address , however we can still access the old address but no sign of missing calling card

spoke to home office they said Courier company will email us but no email received as of yet .
Does anyone know which courier company deliver the BRP .
DX used to deliver but they replied not doing deliveries of BRP .

Please advise .
