Switch from Tier 2 general visa to ICT dependent within uk

Hello,
While filling application form for Tier 2 general to ICT dependent visa with uk form has 2 questions:

1.Do you currently have a valid visa or leave to remain as a dependant of a points-based system (PBS) migrant?
This answer has to be NO as current visa Tier 2 general main applicant ,is that correct?

2.Has xxx sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?- On ICT main applicants COS
Tick to confirm the migrant has worked in your organisation for the
minimum qualifying period: Y
Yes is ticked.


So dependent should mention yes or no in their application.
