BRP delays, COVID

Hi,

I received a letter granting my leave on September 16, 2020 (further leave to remain with spouse, who is a UK citizen). The letter stated my BRP should come within 7-10 days, here we are 5 weeks later and I haven't received it.

I've submitted the "BRP didn't arrive" form 3 times, it says I can expect a response in 5 days, but I haven't heard a peep of course. When I called the immigration number they were as helpful as usual and just told me to keep submitting the form.

I'm mostly interested in whether anyone has received a BRP for a visa renewal submitted in the UK since COVID lockdowns began, and how long others have been waiting (whether or not they have received their BRPs). I can't find any information online about current delays in BRP processing. My visa itself was delayed about 5 weeks beyond the advertised 8-week deadline.
