Tire2 Visa extension application finished, but with one wrong question

Dear All,
I am a postdoc in UK with the T2 visa for 2 years. Recently I am applying for a new T2 visa. The online application is finished and I already paid the Visa fee and NHS fee. But I didn't make the appointment yet.

Now I suddenly realize one emergent question and I want to confirm.

For the question "During your current or last grant of leave in the UK, were you required to register with the police?" My answer was "No"

It is because I misunderstood the question as "leave UK", rather than "live in the UK". Now I think my answer was wrong.

So I would like to ask, do you think this mistake is important? And, will this impact my Visa Application?

The additional information is, my document checklist includes Passport+BRP. But some other postdoc's checklist includes Passport+BRP+Police registration certificate.

I tried to call UKVI (0300 123 2241). In the phone, the only suitable choice seems to be "you already finished the visa application. If any question, Home Office will contact you".
