Tier-2 Priority service

Hi,

I need some advise how to get priority service for my Tier-2 visa extension.

3 years before I used priority service and I remember I had to send an email to Home office for priority service. But I don't see that email instruction now anymore in the website. Can anyone tell me what is the system to use priority service? Do I have to send any request for that or just pay required fee during the application.

Another question, for the dependent's do I have the option to pay health surcharge for 1 year instead of 3 years as I don't need my dependent's 3 years visa.

Priority service is currently suspended and not available.

It is an option in the online form which you select when it is available.
