Hi people!

The Appeal Was allowed on 10th July according to the Determination Letter.

does anyone know how long till my wife hears regarding the visa? or what happens next? i mean its been 10months and taking forever!!

It can take up to 3 months after the determination before your wife actually gets the visa. Have you emailed teh BHC in Islamabad and asked them for the reason for the delay. You should have got it by now.

I sent them a copy of the determination (via email) just in case they havent got it from the Home Office and AIT in London and within 14 days a letter was sent to my friends house asking him to call in with his passport, TB cerificate and the date that he intends to leave for the UK. A week later the visa was issued.
Just check your wifes TB certificate to make sure its valid ( they only last 6 months), if not she will have to have another one done, beacuse it has to be valid at the time the visa is issued.

Good luck
