Switch to FLR(M) which willnbe a restart of a 5year route.Durtdos wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 11:24 amHi,
I’m on the first quarter of a 10yr route as a parent of a British child. I’m due to renew for the next 2.5 years in a few months and I’d appreciate any advice on switching to the Spousal route as me and the mother of our child have been married for a year now, and all live together as a family with both of us earning enough money to satisfy the minimum requirements.
I’d like to ask if I could apply online seeing as the gov.uk forms weren’t too straightforward and If I could get any advice or input from someone who has gone through this before or is somewhat knowledgeable about this subject matter.
Cheers.

Possibly there weren't married 2.5 years ago.
Yes now you certainly can switch into flrm which will save 2.5 years in qualifying for ILR. But do read the previously provided links before applying.
