WP Dependent Applying for Tier1 from India

Hello All,

Thanks to every one in this forum.

I am a work permit dependent living and working in the UK and will be applying for Tier1 (General) from India.
As it is now clear that a dependent can't apply for Tier1 from UK, I am going back to India and will be applying from there. My office has a branch in India and I will be working from India for four weeks. I really hope that I get my passport stamped during that time else I may end up losing my job.
I have booked an appointment for 6 Oct and will be applying from Chennai office. I have collected almost all the documents which I am listing below, could you all please go through this post and let me know if this is fine as I don't want to land up in India and on that day if I am told that a document is missing I won't be able produce it.

Cover letter
VAF9 & APPENDIX 1
Passport
2 photos
Affidavit (since my name is in different order in my certificates and passport)
PDF of points calculator
Marriage certificate - Though I am applying this visa only for myself


Qualification:
Master Degree and Mark sheets - 35 points
Bachelors Degree and Mark sheets - Not claiming points
Letter from NARIC confirming my masters and bachelors degree are compatible to Uk's respective degrees
A letter from my University for my Bachelors degree confirming that the medium of instruction was English - I am submitting this since I have this letter though the calculator has recognised that my masters degree was in English medium.

Earning - Claiming 45 points
Banks statements for the last 15 months showing my salary being paid.
Pay slips for the last 12 months on official letter head and signed (Not stamped)

Maintenance Fund:
On-line Bank statements for the last three months
I will be getting a letter from my Bank confirming that the online statements are genuine, I will be getting it from them on 3rd October, due to 7 days restriction (visa application is being submitted on 6th october)

Accomodation:
Though this is not mentioned in the guidance PDF, the VFS callcentre asked me to submit accomodation details. I am renting an apartment in London, so I am submitting my Tenancy agreements - Is there anything else that needs to be submitted ?

Experience Letter/offer letter:
I am currently working in UK and will be under employment during the application so i have taken a letter from my HR confirming my Gross salary, data of joining, designation and that I am working there.
Along with this I am submitting my offer letter, though it is 2 years old, i don't see the significance of this ?

Are the above mentioned documents fine or have I missed some thing?

Regarding the VFS forms, I was told that on that day they will give it to me to be filled, could some one let me what are the information that is requested, as my situation is a bit difficult I don't want to mess this up
