Appeal = How long did it take? Did you win your appeal?

Post by Dizzeem » Tue Apr 26, 2005 3:30 pm

I am curious to hear about some appeal experiences

My questions are -

How long did it take?
How were you notified of the appeal decision?
What was the outcome?

Thanks

Hi Dizzeem
I have sent review on 03 March 05. No decision yet. They needed 1 1/2 months to find the review documents as I sent by post - Royal Mail confirmed delivery 04 March 05 and Home Office insists Review was received 15 April 05 (I was thinking they have lost the documents).
Yesterday I called and they said they need another couple of weeks. I have sent a job offer end of January for the original application and have faxed again the job offer 5-6 times this month to make them review my review urgently but still no result. I keep pushing them but looks like it will take at least 2-3 weeks more.

Hi mbg,

Sorry.. i understand now :-)

Good luck with your appeal. I hope it doesn't take much longer than the 2 -3 weeks.

What did you send as review documents? As you know.. no additional evidence is allowed.
