Advice needed - unmarried partner as HSMP dependent

Hello all

I am on the 3-year HSMP extension having gotten my FLR in March.

My partner is a student on a 1-year visa which will expire in October 2005. My question is, how do I apply to have her as my dependent on HSMP? Does she have to go home to do this?
