Dependent Visa for Child - Consent Letter

Hi All,

Hope you all are safe and healthy. I have a query regarding the consent letter for my child. Currently I am in the UK and plan to bring my wife and child from India. For the consent letter, do both parents need to sign on the same letter or we can have one for each parent ?
