SET(M) Application submission while SET(O) has been submitted

I would like to know if SET(M) application can be submitted while decision on SET(O) yet to be received.

How do you qualify for ILR on Set M?? This route requires 5 years in the relevant visa. You can't just apply on set m for the sake of applying.

What visa route to set O is it?

I will be eligible to apply for ILR(Set-O) in Dec'20 after completing 5 years(5 years-28 days) on Tier 2 while my dependents will be completing 5 years in April'21.

They don't qualify for ilr on SET M. Unsure why you believe they do.

They apply in set o when they meet the requirements for ilr.

1) Would it be possible for them(PBS dependent) to apply for ILR-SET(O) in April'21 while decision on my application for ILR-SET(O) still to be finalized(Applying in Dec'20 and need to be waited for ~25 weeks for the final decision).

2)What type of details my PBS will require while applying for ILR w.r.t. myself.Is there any option to mentioned my case or Do we need submit any letter stating my detail that decision on my application is pending ?
