Persons who have a valid hosting agreement can bring their nuclear family with them.
If you live together, you will be able to submit both visa applications together.
However, a major problem here is that you and your wife aren't living together - not even in the same country. This means, you will submit your Employment Visa in the US, while your wife needs to submit her Join Family visa in India.
While this is still possible, it can bring quite some challenges when processing your wife's visa, as the embassy in each country will likely not know details in the other visa application. In addition, because the two visa applications won't be submitted together, your visa application will likely be approved way much faster than your wife's, so you will very likely come to Ireland a few months earlier than your wife anyway.
