applying for general tier1 please suggest

hi,

I am willing to apply for general tier1. My origin is India and working in Saudi Arabia. when i add my last 12 months salary it is coming to 70800 saudi riyal. so when i convert to ponds and multiply by 2.3 factor as it comes under B and B the salary is equialent to GBP 24198. where i earn only 20 points which is not Sufficient for me to get total of 75 points. The salary which i have calculated is my basic + food allowance. Accomodation and Transportation is provided by company which is equal to amount 17600 saudi riyal. As i get these facilities by company they dont give the equalent amount. My question is there any consideration that i can claim points to this 17600 saudi riyal. if so how? please help me..
