How did you submit supporting documents. Do you have postal address? I was told to use the self scan facility or post. I don’t know what this facility is. Thank you.

Hi all.

Does anyone heard from the home office? Anyone got their decision this month? I’m just waiting for their decision hopefully it will be soon. It’s been 2weeks since I had my biometrics

Thanks

Hello Angelk1234, I applied for a second extension of my flr(fp) on 10 year route on 22/06/2020 and was granted leave this month on 02/11/2020. But it has been two weeks and still no biometric permit or return of passport.

I hope you get your positive decision soon.
Good luck.

Online application: Aug.14.2020
Biometrics: Oct.28.2020

Decision: waiting.
Hello Angel,

Have you tried to find out how long the application take lately after submitting biometrics and documents?

Hi THC,
Congratulations. Maybe you need to call the home office coronavirus hotline to find out and submit a complaint on ukvcas app.

I haven’t heard anything from HO and my solicitor. I was hoping it would be soon, they haven’t returned my documents too yet.

Hi Heartbreakkid,
I sent my documents by email. But I post my passport and haven’t received any acknowledgement.did you also send passport?
As far as I know you don’t need to send passport or post documents unless UKVI have asked you ? If they need any further documents they tell you to email them.
Hi
I posted my documents because ukvi gave me the option to send them via email or post.so it was a massive bundle so I posted them but I retained my passport n brp.But haven’t heard yet from home office.

Hello

No news so far, they’re so busy with naturalisation/ILR , British citizenship ceremony applications.. I was on Facebook large for ilrs and every day people are posting there that they got their visa or British passport, I mean they are mostly EU citizens who’s posting there only minimal migrants would ever get fast decisions there. I felt sometimes we are being held that makes me feel that they’re being so unfair to us.

This is not the correct topic for FLR m queries. The topic subject is very clearly for FLR FP only!!

Hey! Definitely complain. I have been following this thread for a while. My husband’s application was submitted beginning of May, biometrics and documents were uploaded beginning of September on the app.

I saw somebody made a complaint on here and got a response. So I made a complaint saying application was submitted over 6 months ago and also asked my MP to do one (saw somebody on this thread did.) Day 19 out of the 20 days they have to reply and just received an email that application has been approved (although switched him back to a 5 year route??). Apparently we had the wrong English level test (as used it from last application) but they said because if corona and test centres were closed that they would accept.

So since your biometrics have been over 6 months DEFINITELY complain!!
