can I ask what is the current UKVI visa extension processing time period for FLR (FP) 10 Years partner route extension application? It will be great if some send the link.

Thanks

Sorry, I mean what is UKVI standard processing time (I know its vary case to case) but what's the general rule.

I came across this link says 8 weeks in complicated can take 12 weeks to 6 months.

https://www.gov.uk/government/organisa ... 6 months.
Correct in theory it is 8 weeks for a straightforward application. Also, not fully evident as when last that targeted timescale was updated.

No. If by using the above link on choosing your relevant category of visa will be provided an email address then you can use that one. Otherwise telephone contact the only option will be left.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

There is no email , only possible way to contact them is by phone.

Which I believe will be received by some call centre, with some generic pre-prepare answers. 😐🙁

I just spoken to UKVI on phone, been told to sit tight and wait for least 6 months.

Probably I 'll contact local MP , that might help. 😣

The information you got from them is correct. Not until you have waited for some considerable period unusually long, contacting MP may not yield much especially with the backlogs being dealt with by HO. The waiting is excruciating.

Yes precisely. Also not all MPs are helpful or even willing to help over immigration issues so don't place a lot of your expectation on them from the very beginning.

Yes I know but what choice do I have. Besides you don't ask you don't get.
