Tier2 visa spouse extension

Hi,

I have applied for a tier 2 pbs dependant visa extension on 19-05-2020. I was invited to upload photo on IDV app on 28-08-2020 which I have completed on 29-08-2020 but still decision has not been made and no proper response from Home Office when emailed or called UKVI. I am going to be moving home(address) . How should I handle this ? Please help.

Usually the decisions these days are sent via email. However, you will receive the BRP on your address. You can use the following link to update your address if needed.
Note: Many cases have been reported where the address was not updated by HO and BRP was sent to the previous address.
You should keep a contact at your old address (if possible), otherwise you may end up with disappointment or delays if your BRP is returned and you have to apply for a replacement.

Thank you so much for the link . Should I worry about the timeline it’s been 6 months since I applied. Many of my friends have a relatively better timeline between applying and receiving a decision

Did you try to contact HO since 6 months are over? Contact HO and wait for a week or so. Contact your MP then.
