Revenue from property and Adsense on a Tier 2 visa

Hello everyone,

I'm a Tier 2 visa holder and I've lately been wondering about the possibility (and whether I'm allowed by my visa) to own property and rent it out (whether in UK or my home country), as well as whether Adsense revenue has ever been approved by Home Office.

I understand that Adsense revenue is technically considered "a job", however considering I'm not really taking anyone's job by making a YouTube channel, I was wondering whether anyone has had any sort of experience with this type of income under Tier 2, and whether it's a violation of the immigration status. I also know I can add my Adsense on my home country's bank account, however I want to highlight my intention here is not t evade tax, but to just be allowed to obtain this revenue while continuing to have my job under Tier 2.

Would you kindly share your thoughts/experiences? I have sought everywhere online for advice, but I've been unsuccessful.
