Can’t remember dates of previous refusals

I intend applying for a visa soon . I have been denied three times by the uk embassy but I can’t remember the exact dates and the reasons for denial. But I think they all have something to do with insufficient funds (not exactly sure).

I think I can remember the year actually; 2008, 2012 & 2013.

Sure I intend to be honest in my next application about the 3 refusals but how do I deal with the dates and the reasons for refusal. I don’t have the refusal notes with me anymore, I can’t find them
