Set m waiting time

Post by dmx1 » Tue Dec 01, 2020 8:19 am

I'm just curious to know why set(m) time frame is different from Set (o) in spite paying same amount of money for ilr.

Most Set(o) application made in Sep/Oct similar time with mine set(m) already got a decision whereas I'm yet to see any approval timeline Sep/Oct for set m. I just think it's unfair

There is already an existing thread to discuss timelines/delays

indefinite-leave-to-remain/suspension-o ... -8060.html
Any suggestions I make in the forum are out my personal experience and should not be taken as a legal/professional advise.

I thought I was the only one that noticed on the timeline that SET M appears to be taking longer than other categories, no idea why, probably more checks required, who knows. I applied only 3 weeks ago - SET M, so I'm behind you.

Good luck

Most of the requirements are almost the same as leave to remain, so why's taking longer to check?. Thanks and goodluck to you too.
