Spouse Visa Appeal - Oral/Paper Hearing

Hello everyone,

I will give a brief background to my situation:

01.02.2019 - We started and cancelled an application due to not having all documents ready
12.20.2020 - My solicitor submitted my wife's spouse visa application
09.11.2020 - ECO decision (refused)
04.12.2020 - Oral hearing application submitted

I have a few questions related to my case:

1. What is the quickest anyone has had an oral hearing appeal accepted?
2. Are paper hearings always quicker than oral hearings?
3. Can I change my oral hearing to a paper hearing after submitting an oral hearing application?

The reasons for the refusal were:

The photographs were not dated
The Skype screenshots were older than 12 months
The payslips were monthly but the payments on the bank statements were weekly
