I was granted a further leave to remain in order to change my employer under tier 2 (general) category.
The BRP issue date is: 20 Nov 2020
The Start Date on CoS: 25 Dec 2020
I read somewhere that the start date can be delayed (for less than 28 days).
1. Where is that mentioned in the immigration rules?
2. Should the sponsor report that? using sms?
3. Would the 28 date count from the BRP issue date, or the CoS start date?
