please reply i`m worried a lot (post study visa)

I have applied for the post study visa 21st Aug.My consultant posted it through royal mail delivery and got confirmation on 22nd.It`s been almost a month now and the fees 400 pounds has still not been deducted from my credit card.I don`t know wht to do.My visas are finishing on 30 th Oct.Usually they charge within 10 days of receiving the docs.Can someone please help and guide me.It would be very helpful.Thanks Mayur

Call UKBA and enquire. Are you sure that the application was posted to the right address??
