Visa type for ILR dependent

Hello there, I've now received my ILR and was about to apply for my wife's visa extension and got a bit confused, and would like to ask you for help.

Here's my scenario:
- I was on Tier 2 General 5 yr route and applied for ILR and received it a few days ago, with the BRP arriving today.
- I married my wife 4 yrs ago and she got PBS Dependent visa that ends in a few days, and I'm now applying for her extension.

Q1. Which visa type would I need to select for her extension?

Earlier, when I wasn't sure that my ILR would be approved within time, I was advised to use same PBS Dependent visa extension. So I had her visa application ready to go waiting for the BRP. Now that I have the BRP and I filled the PBS Dependent Visa extension and went to the IHS surcharge section to pay, I find that my visa category is not listed at all! This is why I'm posting this now.
The IHS payment page has a "The person you're joining or remaining with" section, where the "Visa Route" does not have ILR in it. If I select "Tier 2" as I was previously on Tier 2, the next question "Visa Type" does not have Tier 2 General in it. I can only see ICT and Minister of Religion and Sportsperson.

There was also a question on "When does the visa expire" for me, the person my wife is dependent on, and I assumed it's going to be my date of ILR BRP expiry (which is 5 yrs) as my visa technically doesn't expire and I only keep renewing the BRP (if I do not choose to become a citizen).

Given this, I wondered if I should even apply her visa as a PBS Dependent Extension or if I should chose, maybe, FLR?

A few PBS dependent applicants have reported that the online application form has been updated & quite a few new questions popped up, so you may have to start a fresh application to make sure it's all correct and you fill the new form.

Do not change visa category, i.e. to FLR as it will reset her ILR clock.

Please can you tell me what to fill in for the "Visa Route" and "Visa Type" in the IHS page?

I can't find Tier 2 General anymore. I can only find Tier 2 Dependant for a General route.

Tier 2 general replaced by Skilled Worker visa, so you may have to select that perhaps, i.e. dependent of skilled worker visa or PBS dependent.

Also, there seems to be an issue with payment page so keep an eye on that as well.
