I have a degree taught in English but cannot avail NARIC

I have a degree taught in English but cannot avail NARIC given the time and Covid situations- so i would be giving the SELT exam.
Is this the ideal approach - Any advice or suggestions is sincerely appreciated .

I am little apprehensive on selecting Degree taught in English as Yes as then i have to obtain NARIC letter which i am not able to obtain it.

So i am going for option selecting Degree taught in English as NO and then providing SELT exam results.

Yeah, that's fine. Lots of people go for SELT exam option as it's quick and easy and same cost as NARIC option.

That's what I have opted out. Even though my PhD was taught in English, but it was in Germany. Years ago when I came here on Tier 2 visa, they had a bit different application system. My school wasn't on the list of accepted "English taught" degrees. Since then, I always opted out for the most straightforward way - language test. It costed me a lot of money over years ( I switched to a spousal visa), but I was 100% sure that "language requirement" will be met and no-one can refuse me a visa based on this.

You can easily submit your certificate and transcript with a letter saying your course was taught in English, to NARIC - if you select the fast tracked service you can get the result so fast. They work in the Covid situation.

Letter means medium of Instruction letter or a note from myself ? I dont have the medium of instruction letter which Naric require to certify my degree.

Yes I meant the medium of Instruction letter; you can get it from your institute.
The English point is so important, they will reject your visa if you don't prove your knowledge of English.

medium of instruction letter must be from your college or university. See sample below. If you cannot get one, better sit for a B1 test.
