Not availed HSMP visa

Hi,

I have been granted HSMP for 2 years on 20th August 2007 and unfortunately I couldn't manage to travel to UK as I got job in Saudi Arabia.

Please help if this can be extended later or will it makes any difference if I visit UK for few days to get it entry, exit stamp....

What is the best way forward as It will expire on August 20, 2009.

Come to UK to live and meet the qualifying criteria at the time of extension in 2009.

You cannot extend anyway else. Period!

Hi,

I am working in KSA and can only come to UK for a shorter time. What are the chance of extension, if I go to UK once and apply for extension?

Please please give your expert opinion as I don't want to lose this opportunity nor I want to lose my current job in KSA.

Not possible even by hook or by crook.

You need to live and work in the U.K and meet Tier1(General) criteria.

You would need to supply bank statements (confirming salary credits coming in) and payslips (issued from U.K employer) in support of your claimed earnings.

If you can not do the above then you can not get the extension.
