PBS Tier 2 dependent extension - Main applicant ILR pending - Maintenance funds

Dear Forum Experts,

I was hoping if I will be guided in the right direction.

My ILR application (Tier 2 general route) is under consideration since 12th Oct 2020. A question regarding my dependents PBS Tier 2 visa extension:

My previous CoS had a statement regarding maintenance support by the sponsor. Considering this as evidence, do I need to still provide the bank statement showing 90 days of minimum maintenance support?

If it's on the CoS then you don't need to show maintenance for dependents. Also, I just checked my application for tier 2 extension with dependents and there's no maintenance or bank statement requirement.
