Applying Visiting VISA for Tier2 ICT applicant parents

Dear Team,
I am staying in UK on Tier2 ICT & My Visa will expire on July 2021. I want to bring my mother-in-law from India to UK on visitors VISA in March 2021.

Could you please let me know how may months VISA she will get. Is it fixed 6 months with out depending on my VISA or it will be given based on my VISA expiry date ?

Also is property documents required to submit for Visitors VISA for a TIER2 ICT applicant. Is employment letter with enough funds not sufficient to get the VISA?

Please help me.
