Hello, We have been granted ILR few months ago. Now I want to apply to get new HO Travel Documents since ours have expired when our Leave to remain ended. Couple questions please:
- I can't seem to find a way to apply for me and my family together. I started the application and filled in my details and got to the payment page without being asked if I want to add more applicants. Does that mean we will have to submit individual application each? and then later individual biometric appointments?
- In the required document section they ask if I have ever held a "leave to remain" Status Letter, which I do, and they ask to send it. However, they haven't asked for my ILR Status latter nor my ILR Biometric card (which will make more sense) Is this normal?
- Expired national passport is held by HO. However, they are asking for a letter to explain why I don't have it. Should I just tick the box for expired HO travel document and send it alone? Would that be enough or should I also add details of my expired national passport and send a letter explaining that they have it?
