Hi all,

I need clarification on this please. I be happy if anyone can assist me.

My spouse visa will end on 29th May 2021. I want to know when I can make an application to extend my leave.

Can anyone assist me on this please.

You can make an application for extension anytime, but best to make an application only within 28 days before current visa expiry, in order to avoid any shortfall of 60 months to apply for ILR in the future.
