BRP Replacement Query

Hello Guys,

Just a quick question, Do we get a Decision letter for BRP Replacement request also? I have got the letter when i applied first time, But after the BRP is missed, BRP Replacement request has been made along with Bio on Nov 25th 2020. But till now no information is received from Home office about the BRP. Unfortunately my Visa is expiring by Jan 2021. I need to apply for Extension. So i need BRP to do the same. Due to this Delay i got Stuck in this problem. Please help me

If there are any communication Address/Phone numbers to home office who can help me on this query please let me know
I m currently in Tier 2 ICT Long Term
