Yes because the applicant is applying from outside the UK. My sister in law's visa was also granted through this form and she was also applying from outside.

All applications are done online now. When did your Sister inlaw apply for the visa you referred to here? I.e. the year she applied

I have just realised that when submitting the photocopies of my NICOP, the address is different from the address I have used in the spouse visa application. Will that be a problem?
Can someone please check if the above visa dates are ok?

I have a question about uploading supporting documents online for the application.
My bank statements are online copies so will those be sufficient?
I have read about cases where online bank statements have not been an issue and visas approved.

If you are using the bank statements to meet the financial requirement, I will suggest you to follow the guidance to be on a safe side.
Appendix FM-SE
(1) on official bank stationery; or
(2) electronic bank statements which are either accompanied by a letter from the bank on its headed stationery confirming that the documents are authentic or which bear the official stamp of the issuing bank on every page.

Direct online statements resembling what you would normally receive by post is acceptable.
And has you noted, used severally without issues.

So you think the OP shouldn't follow the guidance of Appendix FM-SE? Mind you, I also bank with Barclays and there's a difference between online statement and one sent to my home address. The posted one has QR code and are printed on Barclays stationaries. Barclays does stamp statements even if you printed at the branch or yourself.

Me think I read "opinion" in the smaller prints of your signature?

No doubt! I always value your input. I am just asking for clarification from your ends.

Thank you for your responses.
I receive online statements from Santander. The statements clearly say ' Online copy' on top of each page. Would this be approved?

Possibly.
Are these the only statements you receive for the account?

I have two questions. Kindly can someone respond:
1. When an Islamic marriage ceremony takes place, the Nikahnama needs to be translated into English. Does the English translation require attestation/stamp? What happens if it is not attested?
2. Also when uploading documents online, why is it necessary to submit a copy of the Applicant's previous passport and his Nadra ID card. When the Applicant goes for his Biometric appointment, they would have to disclose it there either way.

Hello
If the translated English marriage certificate (Nikahnama) is not attested/stamped is that an issue? If this is submitted for the visa application, will that result in a refusal or raise doubts for the caseworker?
