Spouse visa shared accommodation

Post by inferno009 » Tue Jan 05, 2021 3:00 pm

Hi All,

I live in a room in shared house, I got assured tenancy agreement on my name (which shows i got designated room) but bills are on landlord name.

For spouse visa can i use assured tenancy agreement as proof of residence and is enough for home office or i need a separate accommodation with bills on my name?

Thank you all for the help.

thanks
Fahad

Tenancy agreement and letter from the landlord giving no objection. It's not mandatory to provide a bill in your name.

Thank you for your reply, secondly i been told i would have to provide details of all house mates to Home Office, is it also needed as part of spouse visa application?

Thanks again for the help!
