Confusion

I came in uk as a dependent on jan 2019 i am a male and my son was born in uk on 2020 after living for two years my spouse wanted to end up and get divorced i am confused if we divorce do i have to go back to my country sorry if its a wrong section thankyou

If child is British, then, after divorce, you may switch to parent route.
