The cost can be indicated in your tenancy agreement. If you have set up a DD on your bank account for it you can also refer to such deductions coming off your accounts.

Dear forum,

I have been a member of this page since 2018 prior to my first spouse visa application. The information and knowledge I acquired on this forum helped us to submit my visa application without hitches. Now I'm very stressed since last night. My visa will expire on 29th May, 2021. I've been putting documents together. I've even asked few questions here to help. Last night, I got to know that my husband has a joint mortgage with his ex wife. This happened after he's been married to me and prior to me joining him. He and his ex wife divorce in 2014. We got married in 2017 and I joined him is 2018. It was a tough decision I had to make because I had a very good job back in my country and was very successful. Relocating was a big sacrifice I had to make. Now I'm about to extend my stay, and I found out only yesterday. His explanation is that, he needed to partner with someone before he could get a decent accommodation. Please I really need help as I've not been able to sleep. Is it possible for us to submit title deed that is in joint ownership with his ex wife? He was suggesting we do a tenancy agreement but I told him it is not right. Please can someone tell me the options available for us. Thank you for your time.
