TIER 2 VISA / SKILLED WORKER VISA

Hello,
I have questions

1)I am currently under Tier 2 Visa General which expires May 2022 ,does the new Skilled worker Visa rules in anyway affect my Current Visa status or my extension in the future if I am with the same employer?

2)My wife was planning to join me later this year , Can she apply for the dependent visa under skilled worker dependent as there is no tier 2 dependent available on the website
