Fiancé Visa

Hi mods :D ,
I want to bring my fiance to the UK and have a small wedding shortly after.
Currently, I am on the final extension of my Entrepreneur Visa and will have my ILR in <2years!

Is my status considered settled or can I not use the Fiancé Visa route until I have my ILR?

Settled as in having Indefinite leave to remain in order to bring your fiancée from abroad.
