Hi i want to ask about category a.

I have a job with a known company which pays me 17500 a year salaried. I took a second job non salaried on in a local restaurant and i am in the books for that place paying me 3600 a year.
Reading the appendix small specified companies such as restaurants or takeaways would that come under category f.

I was just wanting to do cat a with both jobs with 12 months payslips. And employer letter of confirmation permanent and hours and salary. Is that applicable for cat A.
